The ABM Technical Advisory Panel, comprising leading sports officials and badminton legends, held its inaugural meeting at the PETRONAS Akademi Badminton Malaysia today.

Chaired by BAM President, Tan Sri Dato' Sri (Dr.) Norza Zakaria, the panel was briefed on the structure and composition of ABM, with the Coaching Directors (Wong Choong Hann & Rexy Mainaky) providing an update on each of their departments.

Today’s meeting served as a starting point where those in the management and coaching in ABM join forces with the legends of the game who have a wealth of experience in the sport.

The legends will be invited to have a further role in the ABM, including attending training sessions, travelling with the team to tournaments and providing direct feedback to coaches.
