From historic gold in Tokyo to bronze in Copenhagen, Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik completed their World Championships medal collection with a silver medal in New Delhi.

The fourth seeds secured the silver medal after reaching the final, where they fell to China's second seeds Liang Wei Keng-Wang Chang 17-21, 16-21 in a 35-minute battle.

Their run to the final included a commanding semi-final performance against South Korea's top seeds Kim Won Ho-Seo Seung Jae, with Chia-Soh prevailing 21-18, 21-18 in 43 minutes.

The silver adds to their historic World Championships journey, which began with gold at Tokyo 2022 after defeating Indonesia's Mohammad Ahsan-Hendra Setiawan 21-19, 21-14 in the final.

They followed that triumph with a bronze medal at the 2023 World Championships in Copenhagen after reaching the semi-finals.

With gold in Tokyo, bronze in Copenhagen and silver in New Delhi, Chia-Soh have now completed their World Championships medal collection - adding another memorable chapter to their remarkable journey.
