The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) confirms that Hoo Pang Ron and Go Pei Kee have departed the national setup.

BAM records its appreciation to both players for their contributions and commitment during their time with the national team, and wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Wong will be re-joining the national squad as a new mixed doubles player and is scheduled to report to the PETRONAS Akademi Badminton Malaysia (ABM) on 15 April 2026.

He will partner Cheng Su Yin, with the pair set to make their debut at the PERODUA Malaysia Masters 2026.
