The duo, who fought back to win in three sets, showcased resilience and skill in their hour-long 16-21 21-17 22-20 victory.

In yet another all-national final, Chan Wen Tse-Vannee Gobi defeated top-seeded Cheng Su Hui-Lee Xin Jie 21-18 21-19 to claim the WD title.

The XD final witnessed BAM’s Jeremy Juan-Vanessa Ng Po Lyn emerging victorious in a straightforward match against Goh Yi Qin-Loh Zhi Wei 21-15 21-15.
