Women’s doubles pair Pearly Tan–M. Thinaah, currently ranked World No. 2, maintained their fine form with a straight-games win over Indonesia’s Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma–Meilysa Trias Puspitasari, 21–15, 21–13, to secure their place in the quarterfinals.

In mixed doubles, Goh Soon Huat–Shevon Jemie Lai made a strong return to action after receiving a walkover yesterday. The experienced duo displayed solid control throughout their match, defeating Innocenzo Santoro–Karen Feng of Italy and England 21–2, 21–5 to advance to the quarterfinals.

In men’s doubles, Arif Junaidi–Yap Roy King put up a spirited performance against Denmark’s Kim Astrup–Anders Skaarup Rasmussen but fell short in a closely contested decider, 21–13, 12–21, 21–13.

Choong Hon Jian–Haikal Nazri showcased their resilience in a comeback victory against France’s Eloi Adam–Leo Rossi, prevailing 12–21, 21–10, 21–16. Despite a slow start, the Malaysians regrouped well to take control of the next two games with sharper attacking plays and composure at the net.
