Malaysia is guaranteed the men's doubles title at the Korea Masters 2026 after both national pairs booked their places in the final following contrasting semi-final results.

The lone surviving men's singles representative, Cheam June Wei, bowed out to China's World No. 68 Zhu Xuanchen despite taking the opening game 21-8. June Wei was unable to maintain his momentum, eventually losing 8-21, 21-16, 21-12.

Yap Roy King and Tee Kai Wun booked their place in the men's doubles final without hitting a single shuttle, receiving a walkover after their Japanese opponents, Shuji Sawada and Daigo Tanioka, withdrew before the match.

Another men's doubles pair, Man Wei Chong and Soh Wooi Yik, secured their final spot after defeating Japan's World No. 85 pair Haruki Kawabe and Kenta Matsukawa 18-21, 22-20, 21-18 in a 59-minute battle.

After dropping the opening game 18-21, Man-Soh saved crucial points to take the second 22-20 before completing the comeback with a 21-18 victory in the decider.

With both Malaysian pairs advancing, Yap Roy King-Tee Kai Wun will face fellow national teammates Man Wei Chong-Soh Wooi Yik in an all-Malaysian final.
