The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) is pleased to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) to become the official Café Operator at PETRONAS Akademi Badminton Malaysia (PABM), Bukit Kiara.

The selected Partner will be responsible for operating a café that serves daily meals-breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks—to approximately 110 high-performance and elite athletes, six days a week. In addition, the Partner may be required to provide catering services for events held at the academy.

Bidders are expected to submit:

• A detailed operational plan and costing for running the café.
• A catering plan and costing for events.
• Proposals that meet the standards of hygiene, nutrition, and compliance with Malaysian food safety regulations.

Key Dates

• 14 June 2025: All site visits to PETRONAS Akademi Badminton Malaysia must be scheduled and conducted by this date.
• 28 June 2025, before 5:00PM: Final deadline to submit all proposals.

This RFP exercise aims to identify a capable Partner to deliver high-quality food services in a clean, welcoming environment tailored to the needs of national athletes.
